Do you charge for delivery? We are located in Sedgwick County and service the entire Sedgwick County area, as well as South Central Kansas. Delivery charges May apply outside our service area.
How long can I rent for? The rental period is for All Day. Shorter rental periods are available at a reduced rate. If this does not fit your needs, contact us.
We are very flexible with rental periods.
We can also set up for an overnight occasion
or a two-day rental.
Are your inflatables clean? YES. We take care to clean AND sanitize our inflatables after each and every use. We take this step seriously and pride ourselves in providing clean and safe bouncers.
What if it rains or is very windy?If it rains or is very windy on the day of your event, you may cancel the reservation with No penalty.
We can watch the weather all the way up to time of delivery, you can decide then if you want to go ahead with the rental. For safety reasons we do not operate the jumps in high wind and\or rain.
It is OK if intermittent showers occur as the insides of the unit dry fast with a quick wipe of a towel. If weather conditions are marginal on your event date, (might rain/high winds later in day) and you decide to go ahead with the rental, we do not give refunds once the bouncer is setup. We will do all we can to help you have a fun-filled and safe event.
